Refund & Replacement Policy

At Poster District, every poster is printed and packed with great care. We want you to have the best experience possible. Please read our policy below before placing an order.

1. Returns

As each poster is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor color variations due to differences in screen displays

2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

After verification, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Lost Orders

If your package is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will either:

- Send you a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided printing has not started.

Once production begins, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

- Damage caused after delivery
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
- Failure to accept the delivery
- Normal wear and tear after use
